Volume-Based Pricing

  • Many junk removal companies charge based on the volume of junk, typically in cubic yards or space taken up in the trailer.
  • At Clutter B Gone, we’d love to win your business. You can text us pictures or videos of your items or piles of junk/clutter for a free quote. If you are comfortable with the quote, we’ll schedule you for a pickup. No Pressure! Everything can be done through a simple text!

Pricing Factors

  • Weight of junk/clutter
  • Location (outside/garage/inside). Inside removal always is more expensive
  • Special item disposal fee (tires, mattresses, refrigerator, etc.)
  • Labor time

Labor & Equipment

  • Labor is a key component of our pricing. If items are hard-to-reach, far away, or difficult to remove it will change the cost.
  • Equipment required of the job is something that is taken into account, if you have heavy items that require specific tools (dolly’s, carts, lifts, etc.) or larger items that need to be broken down or disassembled.

Location Matters

  • Items located either outside or garage are preferred.
  • Inside removal the cost with increase due to having to be more careful and usually another crew member.
  • Pricing can vary based on location (Utah & Arizona) due to disposal and special item fees.


  • Booking in advance or during non-peak seasons can often lead to cheaper rates (mid-Jan through Feb).
  • Same-day reservation requests will be subject to an additional charge.
  • Each reservation will be provided with a time window when our crew will arrive.

Item-Specific Pricing

  • Items like tires, appliances, electronics, mattresses, and box springs may have specific removal fees due to recycling or disposal regulations. Prices may vary based on which recycling location will accept them.
  • Interesting fact: Did you know that mattresses are stripped down, with the metal being recycled and the fiber being shredded for other products? So, know that your mattress and box springs aren’t just rotting in landfills.

Donation & Recycling

  • Some companies may donate or recycle items, which can affect pricing.
  • Clutter B Gone does not charge for recycling or donation. We actually incentivize our crews to donate and recycle any item that can be given a second life.

Bulk Pickup Service

  • Consider scheduling a Large Load or Jumbo Load Pickup instead of renting a trailer to save money.
  • On average, we save clients tons of money doing a pickup rather than renting a dumpster for another company.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Choose companies that prioritize eco-friendly disposal methods if that’s important to you.
  • Clutter B Gone chooses to donate, recycle, and than dump items, unless we are told to do otherwise with the items.

DIY Options

  • Consider our DIY trailer rental (Utah only) with neighbors for junk/clutter removal to save money.

  • Clutter B Gone is licensed and insured for liability and safety. You can rest assured.

  • Upfront pricing that wont change unless more is added from the original quote was provided (one of the reasons we do before & after photos).

  • In some cases, Clutter B Gone will take items to women’s shelters and/or refugee organizations.
  • Watch our social media around the Holiday seasons for coat drives and other drives to charities that are looking for specific items.

  • At Clutter B Gone, every safety standard is taken to maintain our eco-friendly environmental standards.

Regulations & Permits
